| Carol Sysol has
been with CMA since 2001. Her academic career
includes a BA and a MA in Early Childhood Education
from Eastern Michigan University, and her Montessori
certification through Michigan Montessori Teacher
Education Center. Carol chose Montessori because
she believes the individualized teaching and small
groups help children learn through different styles.
She believes students need the opportunity to
work and advance at their own pace |
Suzie Rushlow
has been an assistant to the teachers in Concrete
House for more than two years. Suzie has also
been an assistant in the first through third grade
and the preschool through sixth grade latchkey
program. |
Kelly Kieselbach
has been a certified teacher for fifteen years
and has been with CMA since 2001. She has a BA
in Elementary Education, a MA in Special Education
and her Montessori certification in early Childhood
Education from Michigan Montessori Teacher Education
Center. Kelly embraces the Montessori method and
the classroom environment at CMA because she feels
that it fits her teaching philosophy.

Laura Grefke received
her Montessori training from CMA in 2006. She
has been with CMA since 2000. Prior to assisting
Mrs. Kieselbach, Ms. Grefke assisted with 1st
- 3rd grade. Before Ms. Grefke joined CMA she
worked in the daycare industry. Why Montessori?
Her own children attend CMA and have since kindergarten.

| Charmaine Wright has
taught Kindergarten at CMA since 2005. She holds
a Michigan teaching certificate and recently received
her Montessori certificate at the North American
Montessori Center. |
Ann Jackson, Kindergarten
assistant, has an extensive background in Reading
Enrichment at River Rouge. In addition, she is
working to complete her BA teaching certificate. |
